Poster Presentation Schedule
Please see below for the schedules for each poster session. PLEASE NOTE: The poster board number is NOT the same as your abstract ID. To locate your presentation, select the date of your presentation (this information will be sent to all poster presenters on Tuesday, May 14) from the buttons below and look for the abstract ID or your name.
Posters will be displayed for the entire conference.
Poster setup: Tuesday, June 11 by 9:00 AM PT
Poster removal: Thursday, June 13 after 6:00 PM PT
Poster Board Dimensions
- Poster Board Size:
- 4 ft (118 cm) height x 8 ft (240 cm) width
- Poster size should not be taller than 110 cm or wider than 200 cm.
Additional Requirements
- Include title, author list, affiliations, and abstract number in the poster
- Describe the technology you are presenting
- Provide application examples
- Demonstrate what are the benefits and innovation of this technology
- Poster should be self-explanatory as the posters will be displayed the whole day and the audience might be viewing them on their own
Poster Printing with FedEx
The MPS World Summit has partnered with the FedEx office, located inside the Seattle Convention Center, Arch building. Poster presenters receive a discount rate for posters submitted to this site. For any presenters who do not wish to print and travel with your poster, or are unable to print before the conference, please visit their website HERE for more information!
